Since the early 1970’s I have worked full-time in the Title and Mortgage Banking industries. Now, as a retired mortgage lender, I offer mortgage counselling to Bayer Group clientele. Over the years, I have seen interest rates as high as 20% and as low as 4.5%. I’ve loaned to first-time buyers and retirees and worked in every facet of the lending industry. In addition to being a member of the Tucson Chamber of Commerce and other professional organizations, I try to give back to my community through active membership in Kiwanis De Amigos, a community service organization that supports children’s programs.
